Role: John leads and manages the HR agenda aligned to the needs of the business. A varied role, John is responsible for recruitment, training, development, employee benefits and employee engagement.
Experience: John has worked within both the financial services and property sectors since 1998 and has a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage compliance function. Early on in his career, he spent several years at Countrywide as a mortgage and compliance administrator. He then moved to Spicerhaart estate agents where he worked as a mortgage broker. Before joining Mortgages for Business John was compliance and sales manager at Kent-based Regal Financial Services.
