Role: After a seven year break from Mortgages for Business, Lindi returned to provide administrative support to David Whittaker, processing complex buy to let and commercial cases in a timely and efficient manner. Lindi now oversees the smooth running of facilities related tasks, handling all issues involved with facility management liaising with suppliers and our estate manager. 

It is Lindi's responsibility to ensure Mortgages for Business complies with all health and safety regulations and that appropriate training is carried out by all staff members. Lindi is also responsible for liaising with recruitment companies and dealing with the recruitment process. 

Experience: Lindi previously worked as a PA and contracts manager in social housing, where she developed systems to enhance the customer experience and manage complaints effectively. Before her break from Mortgages for Business, Lindi undertook various roles including administration and case processing. Lindi holds a certificate in Money Laundering Prevention.
