Role: James is responsible for the smooth operation of the case management teams in both Kings Hill and Wilmslow. He is constantly looking at ways to improve and deliver effective administrative processes and high customer service standards as well as developing efficient and lasting relationships with lenders and external real estate professionals.

Experience: James began his career in the mortgage industry in 2002, as a case manager for a small, independent broker in Dartford, Kent. From there, he moved to Barclays, starting as a mortgage administrator and progressing to the role of Customer Relationship Manager.
James is working towards his Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP). He also has National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Administraton & Customer Service and an advanced General NVQ in IT.
