In March Bronja Whitlock, Nicola Stotesbury and Nicola Cornish passed the final exam needed to complete their Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), Certificate in Insurance. I hope you will join me in congratulating them on their hard work and efforts. The CII qualification represents a very high standard within the insurance industry and we are very proud that 3 members of our team have now achieved it.
