At last - A competitive 3 Year Fixed Rate for Residential Investment and Commercial Properties! 03.06.2010

Author: Steve Olejnik Posted on: 03 June 2010

We are pleased to announce the launch of our competitive 6.19% 3 Year Fixed Rate commercial mortgage for professional landlords, HMO and commercial mortgage borrowers. Available for both Commercial & Residential Investment transactions and for those looking for finance for their own business premises, this new product is a welcome enhancement to the commercial mortgage market.

Up until now, options for fixed rate commercial mortgages products have been limited. Fixed rates offered by a small number of lenders have been expensive with high set up costs, strict criteria and tie-in periods beyond the fixed rate term. Whilst interests rates look to remain low for the short term, many borrowers are seeking the comfort of a fixed rate so that they can manage and budget for loan repayments. For many, the peace of mind of a fixed rate in a volatile economy means that they can get on with focussing on their business rather than worrying about rising interest rates.

The headline details are as follows:

  • 6.19% Fixed for 3 years  (Reverting to LIBOR + 4.5%)
  • 5.9% APR
  • Lender Fee 2.5%
  • Booking Fee £500 (refunded on completion)
  • Maximum loan term 20 years
  • Maximum Loan to Value 70%
  • Interest Only periods available
  • Early Redemption charges of 7% in the first 3 years only
  • Broker Fee 0.5%

Available for:

  • Commercial Investment
  • Commercial Owner-Occupier
  • Semi-Commercial properties
  • HMOs
  • Other Residential Investment properties.
