Free - Buy To Let Property Seminars

Mortgages for Business is running a number of Buy to Let property educational seminars around the UK in 2006.

The seminars are targeted at the established Buy to Let investor, but will still have value for the novice investor.

Unlike the stereotypical view of seminars we believe our educational days are different, because:

1. We are inviting a number of highly respected external organisations to join us to in our presentations, so you can be assured this is not a sales presentation.
2. The amalgamation of organisations at our events means you are provided with expertise across a number of sectors.
3. There is no hidden agenda behind our sessions, these are not introductory sessions and there is no sign up to follow up sessions.
4. All literature and guides are provided to all delegates completely free of charge
5. There is an opportunity to discuss finance and legal issues with experts, but this happens in a completely no hassle informal environment, and is completely free of charge.  There is no obligation or pressure to undertake these discussions.
6. The issues discussed will be up to the minute and relevant, and are not a step by step guide to starting out in Buy to Let property to make your fortune.

Speakers and outline topics will include:

• Mortgages brokers financing your property portfolio in 2006
• Solicitors discussing current legal issues affecting landlords
• Estate agents discussing the rental market and property prices in your area, and predicting future trends

All talks will include an open forum questions and answer session at their close.  There will also be opportunities throughout to speak to an expert in an informal setting in the knowledge zone set up outside the seminar theatre itself.
