The clients are a married couple who are both self-employed, each as directors of their own limited companies. They were looking to move house and had found a 4-bed detached house in a popular Cheshire town. Because they wanted the flexibility of being able to pay off the mortgage early or switch products, they were keen to have a mortgage with no early repayment charges. I was able to source a lender that met these requirements and offered a competitive rate.

LTV: 76%

Rate: 2.15% (Bank Rate + 1.65%) term tracker

Term: 12 years capital & interest repayment

Mortgage payment: £3,824 pcm

Lender fee: £800

Completion date: January 2015
