FREE – Commercial Investment Property Seminars

This sector of the property investment market lacks guidance and information is sparse, and the objective of our seminars is to remedy this situation.

Unlike typical existing seminars we believe our educational days are different, because we:

1. Invite highly respected external organisations to join us to in our presentations, so you can be assured this is not a sales presentation.
2. The amalgamation of organisations at our events means you are provided with expertise across a number of sectors.
3. There is no hidden agenda behind our sessions, these are not introductory sessions and there is no sign up to follow up sessions.
4. All information packs are provided to all delegates completely free of charge.
5. There is an opportunity to discuss finance and legal issues with experts, but this happens in a completely no hassle informal environment, and is completely free of charge.  There is no obligation or pressure to undertake these discussions.
6. The issues discussed will be up to the minute and relevant, and not just a step by step guide.

Speakers and outline topics will include:

• Mortgages brokers financing commercial property
• Solicitors discussing current legal issues affecting commercial landlords
• Estate agents discussing the rental market and commercial property prices in your area, and predicting future trends

All talks will include an open forum questions and answer session at their close.  There will also be opportunities throughout to speak to an expert in an informal setting in the knowledge zone set up outside the seminar theatre itself.

All sessions will include a buffet luncheon, and tea and coffee during break out sessions.
