Mortgages for business, have helped me over the last seven years or so to increase my portfolio from 6 properties up to the 23 properties I have now.

As a ‘one man band’ property developer, it was important for me to be able to source and arrange quality finance products quickly and time was something that I had little of.

To be able to view a property, make a quick offer followed up with a quick survey enabled me to pick up several bargains over the years. On many occasions I could call John Edwards immediately after viewing a property and have a valuation survey arranged with a couple of hours, this helped me to stay ahead of the competition in showing the vendor I was a serious purchaser and in a position to complete in a speedy manner.

Whether I was purchasing long term investments or looking to quickly renovate and sell on, Mortgages for business arranged the ideal mortgage product. This is something that has become even more evident in the recent economic down turn, as all the outstanding mortgages they arranged being either competitive bank base rate or Libor trackers, meaning while the Bank of England base rate stays low I am comfortably able to ride out the tough times.

My only reservation about my dealings with Mortgages for business is that I didn’t discover them 5 years earlier.
