Complex buy to let transactions are those deals that fall outside of standard lending criteria which means you are unable to place them directly with the mainstream lenders (TMW, BM Solutions, Godiva, Accord, Abbey, etc.).

Direct access to specialist lenders

We are the only broker to sit on the direct, limited access panels of all the specialist lenders and our knowledge of their lending criteria is comprehensive.

We have spent many years building strong relationships with these lenders and are often invited to help design products, so we really do have a deep understanding of what each has to offer. This makes it easy for us to quickly identify a specific lender for each of your cases.

The quality of our submissions and business volumes too gives us significant powers to negotiate with lenders, allowing us to offer market leading rates and terms on exclusive and semi-exclusive terms.

Dedicated brokers and case managers

We don't believe in automated call systems. You will be given a dedicated consultant and case manager with whom you have direct access. They will handle each of your cases from start to finish so every time you have a deal to place or want a case update you can simply pick up the phone and talk to the same team for details or an update.

Unlike some brokers, we won’t make you fill out an online enquiry form first and then make you wait up to two days for an answer.

Good commission and no up-front fees

We do not charge broker fees to your customers, that's for you to do. However, we do pay you commission, up to 0.50% depending on the lender. We have payment runs twice a month, so you'll never be kept waiting once a case has fully completed.

We don't operate in the following areas:

  • Regulated loans
  • Second mortgages
  • Start ups
  • Land deals - lending is based on 'brick and mortar' only
  • Mortgages overseas
  • Offshore and British Virgin Island companies
  • Foreign nationals without a permit to reside
  • Trusts
