This 'DIP will only leave a soft footprint on your client's credit profile. Applications are assessed against set criteria and do not rely on credit scoring alone. If an application is a clear pass or fail, you will be informed immediately. If the outcome is unclear, an experienced underwriter will assess the application on its own merits.
