Long-term investment potential ''strong in London'' - property development finance

Those who are seeking Property Development Finance in London may be interested to read the comments of one property expert who has promoted the capital''s long-term investment potential.

William Kistler, president of the Urban Land Institute for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India, said that the capital could provide possibilities for those looking to profit over the long term.

The city was described as having several "fundamental assets" that could make it attractive for Property Development Finance, such as airports, infrastructure, human capital and universities.

"London is still seen by investors worldwide as one of a very small number of truly world capitals," Mr Kistler remarked.

These attributes help it retain its long-term competitive edge, he added.

According to a recent Young Group survey, 86 per cent of respondents thought that residential property values in the city would either increase or remain steady in the next 12 months.
