B&B appointments Mortgages for Business as preferred broker for ERC waiver clients - 30.01.2009

Last week, The Bradford & Bingley Group (BBG) announced that following the nationalisation of its mortgage assets, it has taken the decision to waive early repayment charges for Mortgage Express borrowers who pay off their mortgage between 1st February 2009 and 30th June 2009. 

In order to ensure that this is dealt with in a diligent and professional manner BBG has appointed two well-established brokers to assist Buy to Let borrowers with the process.  The Buy to Let Business based in Guildford and Mortgages for Business with offices in Sevenoaks and Manchester, both award winning (What Mortgage 2008), specialist Buy to Let brokers.

It is important to note that while the waiver is available to any customer with an early repayment charge on their mortgage, the offer should be of particular interest to customers who are:

• Buy-to-Let property owners who want to refinance or sell parts of their portfolio
• Residential property owners looking to sell or refinance to ease cash flow
