Fixed rate commercial mortgages

Standardised fixed rate mortgages do exist for commercial mortgage propositions but in many cases we’ll be able to negotiate an individual fixed rate mortgage on your behalf. 

The majority of fixed rate products will be priced over 3, 5 and 10 year fixed mortgage terms, with 3 and 5 year fixed rates being the most common.

Commercial mortgage fixed rates are priced higher then residential mortgages and should therefore not be used a benchmark in product selection.

The majority of commercial mortgages are not priced on a fixed rate basis, with most lenders choosing to offer funding at a margin over Bank of England Base Rate or LIBOR.  However due to our active relationships with a multitude of lenders we are able to offer a range of fixed rate options to borrowers.
