Q -What are the benefits of using Mortgages for Business?

Q - How can I apply for a mortgage with you?
A. Let our mortgage advisers do it all for you over the telephone. We will select the right mortgage from the whole market, and manage your application through to completion for a fixed broker fee of approximately £497.

Q - Do we charge a fee for our service?
A. For a fee of approximately £297, our experts will not only help with that all important decision which mortgage they'll also manage your application through to completion! You only pay when the mortgage is approved and the funds are available. If you dont 'complete' for any reason then there won't be a penny to pay.

Q - I have a bad credit history - can you help me?
A. We have a specialist mortgage team who are used to working with people with credit problems, helping them to access mortgages and find the best deals. If you have a bad credit history we may be able to help you:

  • consolidate all your debts into one reasonable rate mortgage from a reputable provider (please be aware that when consolidating debts the funds will be repaid over the term of the mortgage, therefore the overall cost of repaying the loan is likely to higher as the term of the loan is longer)
  • remortgage to get lower monthly repayments
  • access a reasonable rate mortgage, even if you have previously been turned down for a mortgage because of credit issues

Q - What additional documents will I be asked to support my application?
A. Each lender may have different requirements and it may vary according to the product or circumstance of the loan.  Typically you may be asked to provide proof of income, proof of address, proof of your identity (such as your passport), and back dated bank statements.

Q - I am self employed, but have no accounts available, can you help me?

Q - How do I keep track of my application?
A. Unlike some other online mortgage services who sub-contract the administration of their mortgage applications to another company, we handle every application we receive within our own team. As soon as we receive your application we assign a dedicated member of our mortgage team to your case, who is backed up by a 'buddy' in case they are ill or away. This means that you can always talk to someone who is familiar with your case. You'll have their work contact details - phone and email - to get in touch when you need to.

Your Case Manager will follow your application through from start to finish and tackle any problems which arise on the way. They'll contact you by email or phone to let you know of progress and whether they need more information from you.

Q - Why remortgage?
A. Popular resons for remortgaging are because a fixed rate deal is ending and therefore the mortage rate is reverting to a much higher rate than is currently being paid. In this scenario if you remortgage you can save a lot of money. Another popular reson for remortgaging is to consolidate debts or release equity from your home. In this case the remortgage will be for a higher amount than the current mortgage, therefore allowing some capital to be released.

Q - How does a remortgage work?
A. We search a vast range of lenders and their products to source the best remortgage deal for you.  Plus, because we are independent you can rest assured that the mortgage we find will be the most appropriate for you and not what suits us the best!
