Businesses may wish to locate their workplaces in the centre of London, one expert has said.
British Council for Offices (BCO) chief executive Richard Kauntze claimed areas within the Circle Line are likely to see a high level of development.
This is notably occurring in Midtown and the West End, he asserted, although the space between there and the City was historically neglected.
Commercial mortgage holders may wish to choose more traditional areas because the rents in these places are particularly high, the expert continued.
Other locations to situate a company include the Heron Tower, which has been completed, or the Shard, which is "progressing very well", Mr Kauntze added.
He stated that the BCO headquarters are located in the city of London and are "surrounded by sites" that are in "significant stages of development".
Prime retail space in the capital is also performing very well at the moment, director of commercial research at Savills Mat Oakley recently declared.
