In many ways, Mayfair in London is the world's top location for offices.
This is according to British Council for Offices (BCO) chief executive Richard Kauntze, who explained the district contains everything a firm would need.
People planning to take out a commercial mortgage may wish to choose a site in this area, as the expert pointed out it has "a fine array of hotels and restaurants".
Alongside these is a good range of accommodation, while it is also easy to get to and centrally-based, he continued.
Furthermore, there are green spaces and interesting architecture, Mr Kauntze declared.
He claimed even following the recession, hedge funds situated themselves in the area "because very rich international clients felt very comfortable there".
St James's, which is nearby, is "pretty much in the same bracket", the expert noted.
Mr Kauntze had previously highlighted Bloomsbury, Holborn and Central St Giles as other key places for enterprises.
