Those with commercial mortgages may be interested in a development that has opened in Plymouth.
The 50@Drake Circus scheme, built by Midas Homes, comprises of apartments and includes two commercial units.
One has been taken over by Kevin House in order for him to open a luxury boutique.
Mr House said that business has been "growing steadily" since the launch in July and that the location is highly suitable for his enterprise.
"I am delighted with our new premises, it's such a chic development that it complements our boutique perfectly," he remarked.
Peter Castley, a sales manager for Midas Homes, commented that the commercial spaces are "ideally situated" close to the Drake Circus shopping centre.
In other news, the refurbishment of St Pancras International station has been awarded the Project of the Year award by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The station has undergone an £800 million transformation and has become the new home for the Eurostar.
