Commercial mortgage holders investing in "appealing" assets

Commercial mortgages holders may be investing in an industry that offers high returns as one expert has recently described the yields gained from the sector as "appealing".
Speaking to City Wire, investment manager at Equilibrium Asset Management Mike Deverell said business property was proving profitable for speculators.
"The yield is still very appealing on UK commercial property," he told the news provider.
According to the information source, the industry has experienced a sharp upturn since it was negatively impacted by the recession in late 2007.
Portfolio manager on Aberdeen Asset Management's range of multi-manager portfolios Robert Bowie explained to the news agency commercial property was attractive due to its medium-term outlook for growth and the income that can be gained from investing in the assets.
