Commercial mortgage seekers may consider looking at property in London's Walbrook Square, as one expert has described it as a "prime location".
Bloomberg is to buy a site in the area from Legal and General and construct two new buildings, working with architect Norman Foster of Foster + Partners.
"Walbrook Square is one of the prime locations in London," president of Bloomberg Daniel Doctoroff said.
One of the buildings set to be constructed by the company will provide more than 500,000 square feet of office space.
"Our commitment to excellence in design will ensure that we create something exciting and yet respectful," Mr Doctoroff stated.
Elsewhere on the 3.2 acres of land bought by the firm, there will be retail space and public areas.
Property development company Stanhope is also planning to construct in Walbrook Square, creating a building with one million square feet of floor space.
