Commercial mortgage holders may be interested in claims from chief executive of the Olympic Park Legacy Company Andrew Altman.
Mr Altman said he is keen to see the buildings constructed for the London 2012 Olympic Games put to good use after the event has ended.
"We will be working with the grain of the commercial property sector," he explained.
And the property cycle should be on the up as the Games finish, Mr Altman added.
Speaking to wharf.co.uk, the chief executive stated that Britons would feel the benefit of the infrastructure created for the 2012 event "the day after the Games finish".
Parkland and venues will be there for those in east London to make good use of and Stratford is undergoing a large regeneration scheme, it was noted.
Earlier this week the Olympic Delivery Authority announced it would employ First Group to offer spectator coach and bus services between various venues.
