Development success ''opened the door'' for Gladman''s fourth phase - commercial mortgages

07 July 2008

The next phase of the Calder Business Park in Wakefield, being created by Gladman Developments, has been launched, news that may concern those in the commercial mortgages sector.

Over 40 agents from the industry attended the venue after three buildings at Mariner Court were finished, reports the Business Desk.com.

And at was at this gathering that the company said that it has received planning permission so that an extra 59,000 sq ft of office can be built.

Gladman Developments official Paul Roberts noted that the venue is fantastic news for anybody who may wish to take on commercial property.

"Our offices are attracting all types and sizes of organisations, particularly local businesses which want purpose built, well specified offices close to Wakefield, as well as footloose organisations looking for a base in Yorkshire," he commented.

He added that the success of the other stages at the park means that the next one - Grove Court - has good prospects.

The organisation claims that it is one of the biggest speculative outfits on the market and relies on occupants being attracted to the offerings.
