Dundee office project architect chosen - commercial mortgages
02 February 2007
The architects for a new office complex to be built at City Quay in Dundee have been chosen by the project''s development group.
Following the decision by Unicorn Property Group to appoint Comprehensive Design Architects to the project, the City Quay regeneration - which may affect those considering commercial mortgages - is expected to see the construction of 100,000 sq ft of office space, Property Executive reports.
According to Tim Allen, director of Unicorn, the development will ensure that tenants have the opportunity to choose the "highest quality" offices in the region.
"We would anticipate a combination of prestige offices, high-end leisure and restaurant units to meet the demands of the growing commercial and residential market at City Quay," he commented.
The City Quay project is to include the conversion of listed wharves on the area''s Victoria Dock into nine separate commercial units of between 2,000 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft in size.
