London 'is good investment opportunity'

Commercial mortgage holders may wish to invest in London, following the advice of one expert.
Stephen Dyer, managing director of Ideal Property, called it a "good place" to purchase real estate, arguing this is due to "a lot of movement" in the city.
It is recovering from the recession faster than other regions because of the high concentration of corporations based there, he said.
The "fantastic business community" is one of the most appealing attributes of the location, as well as its particularly good transport links, the expert asserted.
Many major airports are situated near the city and the public transport is better than most other systems in the UK, he declared.
Areas such as Holland Park, Kensington and Notting Hill are seeing particularly strong levels of activity and transactions in these areas often involve "some very high-net-worth properties", Mr Dyer continued.
This corresponds with a statement made by Simon Rubinsohn, chief economist at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, who declared the average rental prices of London office space will increase in the near future.
