Buy to let mortgage holders who rent out their properties to tenants will have the opportunity seek advice on what to do when things go wrong with their business later this month.
Buy to let professionals attending the National Landlords Association (NLA) National Conference between November 20th and 21st will be able to hear the expert opinion of NLA trainer and regional representative Mary Latham.
She will be hosting a so-called breakout session on various legal issues that landlords may encounter during their careers, such as repossession, court proceedings and what do in the event of a tenant abandoning a property.
The NLA website states: "When things go wrong it can be a stressful and expensive business, especially if rent arrears are building up or you are dealing with a difficult tenant."
Ms Latham has been a landlord for more than 30 years and has been a NLA member since 1994.
