The National Landlords Association (NLA) has launched a new service aimed at making it easier for landlords in Scotland to run their lettings business.
It has introduced the Landlord Library, an online resource that gives people access to information, help and guidance relating to legislation in the sector.
The launch of the service, which is likely to be of interest to buy to let landlords operating in the country, has been welcomed by national representative for NLA Scotland David Kendall.
"With the landlord library I know I'll be able to find reliable information exactly when I need it," he remarked.
Access to the service is free for NLA members, but non-members will have to pay £40 to view the information.
The NLA currently has over 19,000 members across the UK, with each paying £80 for the privilege.
Mr Kendall added the Landlord Library will enable property professionals to "build on their knowledge by working through specialist modules".
