Offices gain new tenants - commercial mortgages

In news that may interest those seeking commercial mortgages, a Salford-based office company has acquired three new tenants for its landmark offices by the Manchester Ship Canal.
The trio has hired out some of the 532,000 sq ft of office space at the Exchange Quays complex in Salford Quays, Crains Manchester Business reports.
Logistics firm CH Robinson has taken up 2,030 sq ft, while environment and health and safety consultancy Environmental Resources Management has hired 3,420 sq ft extra on top of its additional space in the complex, taking its total to 7,605 sq ft.
Arctic Personnel is the third company, taking over the whole floor of one building after moving from nearby premises in Manchester.
Exchange Quay is not the only place in the north-west region to secure new tenants.
Bluefield Land has announced it has leased a 2.7 acre depot in the Cheshire town of Sandbach to HW Martin (Plant), Place North West reports.
