RICS announces property management awards - commercial mortgages

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has announced the winners of the fifth annual RICS Property Management Awards this month, highlighting the best performing firms in the UK commercial property sector.

The awards exist to recognise achievement in the commercial property sector, identifying those businesses which have seen strong success over the course of the year.

Winners for 2007 included a range of firms who deal in the market, making commercial property available to businesses looking for accommodation, including those with commercial mortgages.

Extending congratulations toward the winning firms Howard Morgan, chair of judges emphasised the benefits of effective property management in improving investment performance.

"This year''s award winners show how property management can help improve investment performance and productivity in the economy," he stated.

"Your professionalism, innovation and determination has earned you this top recognition."

In addition to UK entries, international firms from across the globe were also in the running.
