Work begins on ''Business Living'' offices - commercial mortgages

GMI Construction Group, a Leeds-based firm, has begun construction of a new Business Living office development in the city.
The £5 million Millshaw office park project, which is designed to cater for the needs of small businesses and investors, such as those with commercial mortgages, is expected to be completed by April.
The Business Living project is aimed at meeting the requirements of the market for businesses seeking freehold commercial property and will include development of seven office units, between 1,300 sq ft and 6,100 sq ft in size, the Yorkshire Evening Post reports.
Commenting on the park, Iain Robertson, managing director of Business Living, said that the project ought to appeal to commercial property investors seeking a buy to let opportunity.
"We are delighted to be seeing the first scheme taking shape after more than a year developing the Business Living concept, identifying potential sites throughout the UK and lodging planning applications," he remarked.
Business Living is also planning to build similar office complexes in York and Doncaster - a location described by Mr Robertson recently as "important" for the scheme.
