Mark graduated as a Systems Engineer and subsequently moved into the software industry, working his way up to becoming an Enterprise Resource Planning systems consultant responsible for scoping software requirements for companies ranging from toy manufacturers to cutlery distributers. He joined Mortgages for Business in 2005 where he has since earned his Microsoft Certified Application Developer status.

Mark is responsible for the further development of software and systems both in the front and back office of Mortgages for Business. In particular, Mark designed and built Mortgage Flow, our specialist buy to let online sourcing system. Based on the feedback he receives from the broker community, Mark continues to enhance the system adding improved features and increased functionality. He recently designed and developed our instant Buy to Let Mortgage Calculator which helps landlords and residential property investors find the best buy to let mortgages and calculates the borrowing and rent required.

Prior to joining us Jay worked as an ICT assistant for Metrobus providing first and second line support to approximately 120 users across multiple sites. Before getting into IT Jay was a PCB (that's printed circuit board to you and me) design engineer for 10 years at Dedicated Micros. In particular he was involved in the layout of PCBs for CCTV equipment. These days Jay spends most of his time ensuring that the IT infrastructure within Mortgages for Business runs smoothly.
