Role: There really isn't anything Gareth doesn't know about complex residential investment deals. Since joining MFB back in 2012 Gareth has built up excellent relationships with the specialist lenders. Not only is his knowledge of their lending criteria is second to none, but he also has direct access to the key contacts. If he can't place your case, no one can.

Experience: Gareth’s experience in the financial services industry dates back to 2004, when he began working as a mortgage adviser and banking representative.

Since joining Mortgages for Business, Gareth has found solutions for both easy and difficult to finance projects including complex multi-million pound developments  and capital raising on GP surgeries
