Gavin was very helpful and gave me very good advice. He has a really good knowledge of the mortgage market and got me a good deal. The thing I most appreciated was his guidance in matters I was not familiar with, namely buying a BTL property through a company and advice on types of property to go for/avoid. I felt he and his team were really on the ball and were quick to respond to questions I had. It was a very smooth process and I will definitely use Mortgages for Business again and will recommend you"
