Role: Jay ensures the smooth running of the IT infrastructure within Mortgages for Business. At the top of everyone’s speed dial list, Jay solves all software and technical faults, as well as configuring computer systems and installing new hardware.
Experience: Prior to joining us Jay worked as an ICT assistant for Metrobus, providing first and second line support to approximately 120 users across multiple sites. Jay also spent more than 10 years as a PCB (printed circuit board) design engineer at Dedicated Micros. Whilst working at Mortgages for Business, Jay has also picked up a certificate in Money Laundering Prevention.
