Role: Linda is case manager to both Chris Longhurst and Nick Helm. As both of these consultant mortgage brokers specialise in a variety of fields, Linda processes numerous cases from buy to let across to bridging and property development finance. Once a rate has been selected it is Linda’s responsibility to ensure the application process is as efficient as possible, obtaining information and answering any questions the lender or client may have.
Experience: Having spent over 13 years working in customer services roles within the financial services sector for well-known banks including Woolwich and Barclays, Linda has gained valuable experience allowing her to become the senior case manager that she is today. Linda is CeMAP qualified and holds a certificate in Money Laundering Prevention.
