Role: Head of Client Services
Linda is responsible for checking the documentation for all new cases and the allocation of work within the client services team. You will also regularly find Linda checking offers and completion dates to ensure that everything runs smoothly during a client’s mortgage application process.
Qualifications: CeMap 1,2 & 3
Experience: Having spent over 13 years working in customer services roles within the financial services sector for well-known banks including Woolwich and Barclays, Linda gained valuable experience as a case manager before progressing up to Head of Client Services. Linda is CeMAP qualified and holds a certificate in Money Laundering Prevention. Linda is also one of our Mental Health first aiders.
