Role: Melanie is responsible for supporting Gavin Elley and Erin Gallacher in the Wilmslow office, ensuring all cases are processed in a timely and efficient manner. As Gavin is predominantly a buy to let broker, Melanie mainly processes these types of cases, however she also deals with residential mortgage transactions.
Experience: Melanie has experience in numerous sectors, working within the medical industry as a coder for Adelphi Medical Research and within the quality assurance team at Astra Zeneca. Melanie has also spent time in the education sector working at Wilmslow High School, within IT support and as a curriculum admin assistant.
