During his time in this role Paul became an expert in property development and investment, particularly in the leisure and business industries. He also achieved the CB:PSB Foundation Standard for Professional Bankers.

I wish to express my gratitude to Paul Keddy for his help in refinancing my business property. I had my commercial property on a very expensive bridging loan and needed to refinance urgently.

I only had 6 weeks of trading accounts but Paul managed to find a lender that was willing to lend at a very competitive rate. Paul presented the application on my behalf along with the all the information the lender required. We got a preliminary mortgage offer a week after application and Paul also attended the meeting between the lender and me at the business premises. A valuation of the property was conducted and then the lender issued their formal mortgage offer and completion took place 2 weeks after.
