Job title: Completions Manager

Date joined: July 15th 2019 (Mortgages for Business)

Role: To ensure that cases are progressed swiftly from offer to completion.

Experience: I began my career as an intern for a media production company, and progressed from there to customer relations. I entered the Motor Insurance industry as a Claims Advisor 6 years ago and managed a portfolio of 300+ Subrogation claims, then worked my way up to become Recovery Team Leader for the Automobile Association. From there I specialised in personal injury and advanced liability claims. This has given me an insight into the variety of challenges faced by vulnerable customers in stressful situations, as well a skill set for problem-solving to tight deadlines.
