Terms & Conditions 

1. 1 year’s free membership to iHowz will be provided for eligible mortgage loans of a value of £100,000 and above. For full details of membership benefits, see here. 
2. To be eligible for 1 year’s free iHowz membership, the mortgage application and associated application fees must be received by Mortgages for Business between 3rd August 2020 and 5pm on the 30th September 2020.
3. An online registration form for 1 year’s free membership to iHowz landlord association will be sent to the client once the application and associated fees have been received. To claim the offer, the claimant is required to complete and submit the online registration form.
4. By submitting the online registration form to claim the 1 year’s free membership, the claimant agrees to provide their details provided to iHowz, and agrees to iHowz associated terms and conditions. 5. To receive the 1 year’s free membership to iHowz landlord association, the client will need to submit the offer claim form directly to iHowz to claim the offer. All claims must be received by 28th February 2021.
6. Offer excludes product transfers.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount from Mortgages for Business. A minimum of 50% the standard broker fee must be applied to be eligible for the offer.
8. One offer per person only.
9. Entry is open to UK residents over the age of 18.
