Key criteria:

Amicus is a specialist lender which can be relied upon for its flexible, commonsense approach to lending. It often works well for landlords and businesses with more complex borrowing requirements. It has loans available up to £2m and will consider lending up to 80% LTV on loans up to £750k. There is no maximum age limit which is good for older borrowers and rates are offered on interest-only, part interest-only and repayment terms.

Amicus is a good choice for residential landlords who are looking to diversify their portfolios as it has a good appetite to lend on semi-commercial property.
