Buy to let mortgages: Vida Homeloans offers a selection of buy to let mortgages up to 80% LTV to portfolio landlords (landlords with four or more mortgaged properties), trading limited companies, SPV limited companies as well as individual applicants.

It also accept ex-pats and applicants up to the age of 95 at the end of the loan term as long as they are borrowing via a limited company (trading or SPV).

Vida Homeloans has a low minimum income requirement starting at just £15k per year. It will lend on new build properties, HMO properties up to 8 beds, highrise flats and ex-LA flats and houses.
