Who can register with MFB for Intermediaries?

DAs - FCA Directly Authorised intermediaries

ARs - Appointed Representatives of an FCA registered Network or Club

NACFB members - Firms and individual members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers

Professionals* - Other connected professionals, including accountants, solicitors and financial advisors.

*We would expect you to have suitable permissions around the handling of client data and be registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) -https://ico.org.uk/

 

How to register

1. Download the Registration Form, and Statement of Integrity forms.

2. Complete the forms. It's an interactive PDF. When filling it in, please remember to save it locally before sending it to us.

3. Return the completed forms

How long does it take to register?

We should have you up and running within 24 hours during the working week, often much sooner. If your case is urgent, please let us know and we'll do all we can to get your registration completed quicker. You don't need to be ready to transact to register with us and it will save you time later if you register with us now.

 

Why we need you to register

After we receive your registration, we'll need to verify your details and log them onto our system so that you can transact with us. Our verification process involves checking your details with the FCA register, the NACFB members' register and Companies House. As soon as we've done this, we'll let you know.

If you're not already talking to us by this stage, you'll be assigned a dedicated Consultant and Client Relationship Manager who will work with you on all your cases.

Getting Paid

We won't keep you waiting! We will pay you once all relevant fees pertinent to the Introducer Fee have been received. Payment will be made on the Friday (or nearest working day) of the week after the fee(s) have been received. Fees are variable and based on loan size and case complexity. Your consultant will discuss this with you at the outset to ensure full transparency.
