Aldermore announces plan to stop bridging

Aldermore has announced that it will stop accepting new bridging loan apps from 1st September 2016.

Aldermore has announced that that from 1st September it will stop accepting new bridging loan applications in a bid to increase focus on its core mortgage areas.

An Aldermore statement says:

“As of the 1st September we will no longer accept bridging applications but continue to focus on our core mortgage proposition in, residential mortgages, buy-to-let, commercial mortgages and property development.

“We will honour all existing applications up to and including 31st August 2016.”

Aldermore has confirmed that the changes will apply nationwide.
