Keystone appoints Paul Rockett to business development team

Keystone Property Finance is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Rockett to the business development team.

Paul has been hired to look after brokers operating in the South West, South and Mid-Wales.

A welcome addition to the team, Paul has 38 years’ industry experience and has worked on both the lending and broking sides of the property finance business.

During his career he has worked as a corporate lending manager for both Barclays and Lloyds before moving onto the specialist buy to let lenders, primarily Paragon Mortgages and latterly Fleet Mortgages.

Many in the mortgage industry will no doubt also know Paul from his 13 years as managing director of TBMC.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul said:

“I’m thrilled to be working at Keystone, they’ve got some excellent finance solutions for both residential and commercial property investors. I’m really looking forward to getting out on the road, catching up with brokers and explaining how the Keystone ranges might work for their clients. Of course, I’ve known many of the team for years, so I expect to hit the ground running. Watch this space!”

Phil Riches, head of sales at Keystone said:

“Having Paul join us will be real boost for the team and should certainly mean that brokers in the South West region are visited on a regular basis. Paul’s territory stretches from Hampshire in the South, all the way along the coast to the tip of Cornwall, up through a large chunk of Wales and across the Malverns and Cotswolds.

“Last month, we appointed Moises Cruickshank as BDM for London and the South East and with Julie Priest already looking after brokers in the North, we’ve now got a complete, strong team that can meet the needs of brokers throughout the land.”

Keystone recently announced a raft of improvements including criteria enhancements to the Classic Range and rate reductions in the Solutions Range.

If you are based in Paul's region and have a case to discuss today, you can call Paul directly on 07971 822372.
