Terms & Conditions
1. Entry is open to UK residents over the age of 18 who are purchasing or remortgaging a residential property which is to be for personal use only (not to be rented out), who submit the 10-Minute Home Mortgage Challenge Form for review.
2. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The prize will be a £100 John Lewis e-voucher. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. There are no runners’ up prizes.
4. Entries will be accepted from FRIDAY 28th JANUARY 2022 up to midnight on SUNDAY 20th FEBRUARY 2022 when the prize draw closes.
5. Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw.
6. The winning entry will be randomly selected on THURSDAY 24th FEBRUARY 2022 and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
7. The winner will be notified by email on FRIDAY 25th FEBRUARY 2022. You have 48 hours from the initial email to claim your prize. To claim your prize, you must reply to this email. If we have not received any communication from the winner within 48 hours from the notification email, we will draw another winner. Please allow 28 days from the date of answering the email to receive the prize.
8. The name and county of the prize winner will be available after FRIDAY 25th FEBRUARY 2022 until FRIDAY 4th MARCH 2022, to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked ‘Results’ to 10-Minute Home Mortgage Challenge, Mortgages for Business, 17 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4UA, UK.
9. The winner agrees to the publishing of their name and county in which they live for the purpose of publicity.
10. The prize is not transferable.
