Appointed Managing Director of Mortgages for Business in July 2021, Gavin is responsible for driving the business forward and working with the board to develop our corporate strategy.

He is also responsible for all regulated, commercial and buy to let mortgage activity within the business and ensuring all our clients experience the highest standards of professional service at every interaction.

Diploma in Financial Services

Experience: With over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, as well as obtaining his CeMAP and Cert CII qualifications, Gavin also holds a diploma in Financial Services. Gavin has worked for some big names including HSBC, Lloyds TSB and NatWest. During his time within the financial services industry, Gavin advised on mortgages, life cover, pensions and investments. Taking a break from the sector in 2012, Gavin spent five years making a career out of one of his passions - rugby. He worked as a full-time rugby coach for England RFU, Harlequins RFU and Sussex University.
