Simply fill out one of our application forms and send it to us along with your application fee by 5 pm on the 31st July 2019. To qualify for cashback the mortgage must complete before 5 pm on 29th November 2019.

How can I receive cashback on my mortgage application?
You must submit your mortgage application and the associated application fees to Mortgages for Business between 2nd July 2019 and 5 pm on the 31st July 2019. The mortgage application that you submitted must also complete before 5 pm on 29th November 2019.
How much cashback can I get?
£250 cashback will be paid for eligible mortgage loans of a value up to £499,999.99. £500 cashback will be paid for eligible mortgage loans of a value of £500,000 and above.
How do I claim my cashback?
When your mortgage is completed you will receive an email confirming the completion. Included in this email will be a cashback claim form. You will need to return this form to either marketing@mortgagesforbusiness.co.uk or the following address:

When will payment be made?
Payment will usually be made within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the cashback claim form.
How much will I be paid?
The amount of cashback that you will receive will depend on the value of the mortgage loan. £250 cashback will be paid for mortgages of a value up to £499,999. £500 cashback will be paid for mortgages of a value of £500,000 and above.
I am taking out two mortgages, will I get two lots of cashback?
If you are taking out two separate mortgages, then you can claim for two sets of cashback. If you are taking out one mortgage for two properties, you will only be able to claim one set of cashback.
How will payments be made?
Payments will be made by BACS transfer to the account details provided by you on the cashback claim form.
I am a broker placing a case through your packaging service, can I claim cashback for my client?
No. This cashback offer is only available for direct applicants.
My mortgage comes with an offer/cashback/freebie as part of my mortgage offer, can I still claim cashback?
Yes, as long as the offer is from the lender and not us, you can still claim cashback on your mortgage too!
